We are a group of property developing enthusiasts who believe that all unused properties should be put into good use, most especially during the current housing shortage crisis.

We have 12+ years of experience turning all kinds of empty unused buildings into homes for families. From derelict properties to pub and office conversions, we have the expertise that will help deliver new homes into the community, improving the area as a whole, and reducing anti-social activities.

We created this website to be your property reporting hub for abandoned, unused and unwanted property. By reporting these properties to us, if we have no record of the property, we will reward you with a £20 voucher of your choice. If we proceed with the purchase of the property, you will be set to earn 1% of the purchase price.

Identify a property

Have you found an empty or derelict property? It may well fit our criteria of abandoned, unused or unwanted properties.

Report the property to us

You can make this report here. Simply fill out your contact details, the address of the property and upload some photos.

Your £20 gift voucher

Once processed, should the reported property meet our criteria, we will send you a £20 voucher of choice through the post.

Facilitating a sale

Our expert property team will do background checks and make an attempt to contact with the owner to facilitate a sale.

Claim your funds

If a sale is agreed with us, we will pay you 1% of that transaction. For example, a £250,000 sale will earn you £2,500.

That’s it. You can repeat the process as many times as you want. You can rest assured that you’re in good hands.
